1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting any TradeBureauDeChange branch or using our website to check rates, convert currency or reserve an exchange, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Exchange Rates

Rates shown online are indicative and updated regularly, but the confirmed rate for any transaction is the rate quoted at the time of exchange at a branch. Rates are subject to change without notice based on market conditions.

3. Currency Reservations

Reserving a currency amount locks in a quoted rate for a limited pickup window. Reservations not collected within the stated window may be released, and the rate will need to be reconfirmed at the branch.

4. Identification & Compliance

As a bureau licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of Kenya, we are required to verify customer identity and comply with anti-money laundering regulations for certain transaction amounts.

5. Fees

We do not charge hidden fees. Any applicable charges are disclosed clearly before a transaction is completed.

6. Limitation of Liability

TradeBureauDeChange is not liable for delays or losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to system outages or third-party payment network failures.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
